BeatTheBus is currently in private beta. This means:
- Features may change or be removed at any time.
- Bugs and glitches may occur.
- We make no promises that the app will work perfectly on your device.
By purchasing, you understand you are getting early access to help test and improve the app.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
BeatTheBus is for entertainment and general productivity purposes only. We are not responsible if:
- Your child misses the bus or is late to school.
- You experience stress, delays, or any negative consequences from using the app.
- The app fails to function as intended at any given moment.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BeatTheBus and its creators are not liable for:
- Any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by using the app.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If you are unhappy with the product, our sole obligation is to provide a refund under our refund policy.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for Founding Member purchases within 30 days of payment. To request a refund, email founders@beatthebus.app.
